Preheat oven to 180C. Line cake tin with baking paper. Add all ingredients apart from the eggs, flour, dates and coconut to a bowl. Mash together until well combined- this can also be done in a food processor. Add each egg in one at a time giving the mixture a slight mix between each egg addition. Finally sprinkle in the flour, dates and coconut and mix very lightly until just combined. Transfer to pre prepared cake tin and bake at 180C for 30mins or until cooked through. Top with coconut yogurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of honey to serve.
